Tenant Placement Only

Following is a general outline of the duties we perform for tenant placement only.

• Advertise the property on our website and and several other internet forums.
• Show prospective tenants through the property.
• Obtain employment, previous landlord references and credit checks.
• Fill out rental agreement and/or lease agreement on behalf of the owner.
• Collect the security deposit, pet deposit and rental deposit prior to the tenancy.

Our fee is based on the gross rent plus the cost of advertising and credit checks.
